Staff Augmentation Services

Systems Implementation
We develop custom applications as well as human resource management applications such as leave management systems.
We use the LAMP technology for our web applications and follow the SDLC process. Our business analysts work with the clients to obtain and document their requirements, after which we create a design for the application. Throughout the project design phase, we ensure constant and regular coordination with the clients to ensure that their feedback is incorporated into the application’s design. We perform several rounds of testing before we conduct the final User Acceptance Testing. We are also responsible for deploying the application in the client’s system.
Professional Corporate Training Classes
We have expert trainers who provide project management and MS Office trainings. We conduct three-to five-day trainings that can be held either on the client’s site or within our company’s premises. We are open to arrangements of either half-day or whole-day training sessions in order to accommodate the trainees’ schedules.
We provide all of the necessary training materials as well as pre and post-tests for the trainees. Pre-tests are given a month before the training to help us gauge the trainees’ strengths and weaknesses. Post-tests are conducted a day after the training’s completion in order to assess what the trainees' have learned and to help the client assess the returns on their training investments. In addition, we provide certificates of completion to those who manage to complete the trainings.
